Custom Order Form

Hi there! This is for those who would like to work with me to create a one of a kind piece of jewelry. 

Here's a few guidelines: 

1. Due to a high demand, customs will take approximately between 4-8 weeks to create. An estimated finish date will be given after our meeting with any additional changes communicated as needed.

2. If you need your piece before 4 weeks it will be considered a rush order and a $200 fee will be added to your quote.

I will reach out to you via the contact email or phone number you provided with a quote. 

3. Please note: a quote is not a firm price, and is subject to change based upon design changes and material costs. This will be communicated to you before any changes are made. Your quote does not include shipping costs. 

4. You will have 2 weeks from the date of your quote to pay your deposit. Your deposit is half of your quoted price. Please contact me if you need more time. 
5. Once your piece is finished, the remaining balance will be due.
