DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA?
Yes! Shipping outside of the United States can be complicated with custom fees and shipping costs. Please choose the correct option for your country and email me at sarah@understorysilversmithing.com with any questions.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Please fill out the custom orders form here . Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be completed. Any project needing to be done under 4 weeks will be considered a rush order and a $150 fee will be added on to your quoted price. I require half of your quote up front. After receiving your deposit I will begin working on your project.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully designed and uniquely handmade, therefore I do not accept returns. When you buy a piece of jewelry from Understory Silversmithing, you agree that you have read and understood the size, weight, dimensions, and materials. This means that I will not accept returns due to size, weight, dimensions, or materials.
If there is a need for repair that is my fault such as a broken rivet, a stone falls out, or a ring band pops off, I will repair for free as long as you cover the shipping cost.
In an instance where the product does not match the description such as a ring posted with the wrong size, I will accept a return as long as you cover the shipping cost. Thank you for understanding!
DO YOU REPAIR JEWELRY?
I only repair jewelry that I made. If you have jewelry such as an heirloom ring that you need repaired, I would consider that to be a custom order and would direct you to my custom orders form.
DO YOU OFFER RESIZING?
I can resize anything I have made for a fee of $80. The reason for this is because in resizing the jeweler has to remove all stones, polish, patina, and finishing. Resizing involves deconstructing, soldering, materials, and time. Please reach out if you have any questions.
